You’ve spent so much of your life being “the strong one,” carrying what wasn’t yours, and now you’re ready to ask... who am I, really, when I’m not surviving?

Here, we slow down and listen.
We unpack the stories, the silence, and the parts of you that deserve to breathe again.
You’ll reconnect to your intuition, your creativity, and your joy, on your terms.

💬 What Happens in a Session

Each session is a blend of conversation, reflection, and guided practices rooted in emotional healing, self-expression, and embodiment.

We might:

• Explore what’s keeping you stuck or disconnected

• Create grounding rituals that bring you back to your body

• Clarify your next chapter (career, business, love, or identity)

• Rediscover your creativity and what joy looks like for you

You’ll walk away with:

• Clarity about what’s next for you

• Tools + rituals to stay grounded in your healing

• Permission to just be, without performing or pretending

• Love the Hotline, but are ready for something deeper and more personal

• Are tired of performing strength and are craving softness

• Want to reconnect to purpose or start a heart-centered business

• Are coming out of a major transition (grief, burnout, or reinvention)

• Want accountability in a gentle, nonjudgmental space

You’re not looking for someone to “fix” you, you’re looking for someone to walk with you as you unfold.

Hi love! I’m Zoe Joy Black the voice behind Happy Black Girl.
I created this space so Black women could drop the mask, rest their shoulders, and breathe again.

What started as a single phone line has become a movement, one that celebrates healing, happiness, and the full humanity of Black women everywhere. Now we're ging even deeper with Healing Sessions! I can't wait to embark on this journey with you as you discover your HAPPY!
